This means that you should provide copies of these certificates that have been authenticated or certified as true copies of the originals.

How do I verify my Documents?

1. Make copies of your original documents.
2. Bring both the original documents and the copies to a person authorized to verify documents (as described below).
3. The person verifying your documents should write or stamp the following statement on each page of the copies: “This is a certified true copy of the original as sighted by me.”
4. If your documents have multiple pages, the certifier can write the statement on the first page and add their initials on each subsequent page.
5. The certifier must provide the following information:

6. Your photographs should also be verified by the certifier. On the back of each photo, they should write or stamp “This is a true photograph of (insert your full name)” and sign it.
