Attestation & Apostille Services in Delhi
If a degree, marriage certificate, birth certificate, PCC or company document has to be used abroad, send us a scan and tell us the country. We will first check which authentication route is relevant instead of asking you to book a generic package.
Find the service by route, document or destination
Choose the route, document type or destination that matches your requirement. If you are unsure where to begin, send us a clear scan and the country where the document will be used.
Core attestation routes
For applicants who know the document needs authentication but are unsure which authority comes first.
Certificates & document types
Choose the document you actually have. This is often the quickest way to understand the likely route.
Country-focused assistance
For documents being used in commonly requested Gulf destinations, with the current receiving requirement checked first.
Personal, educational and commercial documents do not start at the same office
A degree may require educational verification; a birth or marriage certificate can follow a State or UT civil-document route; and a commercial document may begin with a Chamber of Commerce. What happens after that depends on the destination and whether Apostille or another form of legalisation is accepted.
That is why our team asks to see the actual document before discussing fees or timelines. A short review at the beginning is usually better than correcting the wrong authentication sequence later.
A simple four-step enquiry
You can start remotely. We only discuss original-document handling after the first review.
- 1Send a clear scan
Include the full document and any existing stamps or seals.
- 2Tell us where it will be used
Country, employer, university, immigration or business purpose helps determine the route.
- 3We check the likely sequence
We identify the relevant first-stage authentication and later Apostille/legalisation requirement.
- 4Proceed only after the route is clear
Submission, collection and courier coordination are discussed where permitted and required.
Before you send a document
What is the difference between Apostille and normal attestation?
Apostille is a specific authentication form used for eligible documents between Hague Convention countries. Other destinations or receiving authorities may require a different legalisation route.
Do all Indian documents follow the same process?
No. Educational, personal and commercial documents can begin with different authorities, which is why we ask to see the document first.
Can applicants outside Delhi use the service?
Yes. Initial review and coordination can be done remotely. Any mandatory original-document or in-person requirement is discussed after the route is confirmed.
Can you guarantee a completion date?
No. University verification and official authentication stages can vary. We provide a case-specific estimate after reviewing the document.
