Required Documents for Tourist Visa Application

Passport: at least two blank pages, valid for at least 90 days after the date of departure from the Republic of Belarus, with no torn pages, no entries and corrections that are not certified by issuing authorities. For applicants under 18 years old: a copy of Birth Certificate (containing information about parents) and copies of passports of the applicant’s parents (legal representatives)
  2. Visa Application Form: filled out in legible handwriting or typing (in block letters), signed by applicant personally / for minors – signed by their legal representatives
  3. Color photograph: taken not earlier than 6 months prior to the date of application, 35×45 mm, full face (70-80% of the picture) without sunglasses, without hat or other head covering, unless for ethnic or religious reasons; plain, evenly lit and light background, high resolution
  4. Copy of health insurance certificate: containing details of the issuing company, name of the applicant, valid in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, valid for the period of stay in the Republic of Belarus, with minimum coverage of 10,000 Euros
  5. Original or copy of visa request issued by Belarusian tour operator / health resort operator / agro-eco tourism operator (with copies of documents authorizing the company to render agro-eco tourism services)
  6. Copy of accommodation booking on the hotel’s letterhead
  7. Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets
  8. Financial statement for the past 3 months, original: bank account statement attested by bank – of the applicant / of the applicant’s own company / of the applicant’s family member’s company; or salary slip on the Employer’s
