Prices and Payments
Prices may include professional fees and third-party supplier charges. Taxes, exchange-rate changes, government fees, courier charges, insurance and other items are included only when specifically stated. Services may begin after the agreed payment is received.
Cancellation, Amendment and Refunds
Professional work already performed and non-refundable supplier or government charges are not ordinarily recoverable. Airline, hotel, tour and other supplier cancellations are governed by the applicable supplier rules. Any eligible refund is calculated after deductions and may take the time required by the relevant provider.
